Job Description:
A Multiskilled Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the property such as electrical, pumps, elevators, plumbing and carpentry works.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Check and perform minor maintenance on elevators and booster pumps
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.)
- Assist contractors for CCTV, internet and telephone services and ensure access to electrical rooms is efficiently supervised
- Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality
- Conduct de-clogging regularly
- Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, detached tiles, minor repainting of walls and ceilings, carpentry works, etc.)
- Address unit owners’ concerns and requests by providing professional solutions and assistance
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures
- Inspect building, equipment, and systems to identify any issues
- Repair any faucets, waterline and any fixtures with leaks
- Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Additional tasks as Team Lead:
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Supervise Multiskilled Technician (MST) during installation, repairs and maintenance
- Participate in coordination with major and minor repairs or projects
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in health and safety regulations
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Keep records of each equipment and facilities
Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate or undergraduate
- Proven experience of at least two (2) years in relation to the role
- Proficiency in basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work, basic plumbing repair works
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify potential issues
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent coordination and teamwork abilities
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and vehicles safely
- Preferably with NC II Certification
- Willing to be assigned in Tandang Sora Ext., Quezon City
