Job Description

  1. Develop and implement health and safety programs.
  2. Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
  3. Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
  4. Create a clean and comfortable sickbay area.
  5. Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
  6. Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
  7. Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
  8. Organize employee physicals and raise healthcare awareness.
  9. Ensure availability and accountability of medicine and medical supplies.
  10. Provides appropriate emergency first-aid management and medication to employees.
  11. Accommodates sick employees to the hospital when necessary and assists in dropping the employee home.

Qualifications

  1. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  2. Must be a Licensed/Registered Nurse
  3. With proven working experience as a company or a regular nurse.
  4. Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health and Nursing.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  6. Critical-thinking skills.
  7. A warm and caring disposition.
