General Description of Function/Job Content

   Take charge of all surveying works, measuring points and elevations lines areas and contour for construction, map and subdivision using total station.


Duties and Responsibilities

1. Works primarily on site with the surveying assistants.
2. Performs office duties including data sending to the Geodetic Engineer, data
  collection/calculation, field notice data checks and computation using surveying
  computer program and AutoCAD.
3. Read and understands plans and specification.
4. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from to time.

   - With trainings and knowledge in Surveying and Total Station

General Description of Function/Job Content

   Performs administrative duties for executive management. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Produce and edit correspondence.
2. Organize and maintain files; monitor and log incoming mail and messages;

3. Coordinate calendar and scheduling and make travel arrangements for Executives.
4. Perform administrative duties including answering phones and ordering office supplies.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Cleans, mops, sweeps and dusts kitchen facilities.

General Description of Function/Job Content

   Implement Housing Construction up to Completion and Turnover to Housing Units and other construction works to Estate Management Department or Homebuyer/House buyer.


Duties and Responsibilities

1. In-charge in the implementation, inspection, quality checking, and monitoring of all
  on-going construction works relative to the Housing Construction activities.
2. Responsible in the implementation and completion of all work items relative to Housing
  Construction, including special projects, in accordance with the approved plans,
  specifications, target schedules, as per given budget and above acceptable quality.
3. Prepare initial evaluation report relative to the performance of labor contractors in the
  aspect of quality, effieciency, timetables, and dependability.
4. Initiate request and advice in cases of concerns and other related matters requiring
  consent and/or recommendations of the Construction Department Head.
5. Prepare weekly accomplishment and billing reports detailing status update relative
  to his assigned work.
6. Evaluation of contractors’ progress billing and final billings for on-going and
  completed work items.
7. Responsible in maintaining proper housekeeping and safety on all ongoing, as well as
  completed projects under his jurisdiction.
8. Coordinate with the labor contractors, regarding inspection and punch-listing of all
  substantially completed housing units for Take-out and turn over.
9. Ensure that all concerns and defects requiring rectification effort on all areas of
  construction, scheduled for inspection are properly rectified and addressed before
  the schedule inspection.
10. Responsible in the supervision of his subordinates and labor contractors
  under his jurisdiction.
11. Other responsibilities or scope of work that maybe assigned by the Construction Head
  from time to time.

   Implement Construction up to Completion and turnover of Land Development works to the Estate Management Division, including earthworks, rode works, drainage improvement, utilities and other works incorporated to complete the project


Duties and Responsibilities

  activities.
2. Responsible in the implementation and completion of all work items relative to Land
  Development, including special projects, in accordance with the approve plans,
  specifications, target schedules, as per given budget and above acceptable quality.
3. Prepare initial evaluation report relative to the performance of labor contractors in the
  aspects of quality, efficiency, timetables, and dependability.
4. Initiate request and advice in cases of concerns and other related matters requiring
  consent and/or recommendations of the Costruction Department Head.
5. Prepare quantity estimate of a certain work item particularly on additional works or
  change order under his jurisfdiction of assignment.
6. Prepare weekly accomplishment and billing reports detailing status update relative
  to his assigned work.
7. Evaluation of contractors’ progress billing and final billings for on-going and completed
  work items.
8. Responsible in maintaining proper housekeeping and safety on all ongoing, as well as
  completed projects under his jurisdiction.

Duties and Responsibilities

I. Plumbing
  1. Inspection, checking/monitoring of the on-going lay-out, fabrication and installation
  of Plumbing/Sanitary Lines of Building
  2. Prepares material request as per BOM/BOQ
  3. Follow-up requested materials
  4. Review, check and evaluate changes of plans as per actual lay-out
  5. Monitor and records the actual lay-out or any alteration in preparation for
  as built plan.
  6. Prepare RFI (Request for Inspection) prior to concrete pouring.
  7. Records initial hydro-testing of waterline per units
  8. Prepares accomplishment report for plumbing/sanitary works.
  9. Prepares material request as per BOM/BOQ


II. Electrician
  1. Oversees Electrical Works.
  2. Inspection, checking/monitoring of the on-going lay-out, fabrication and installation
  of Electrical Works of Building
  3. Evaluates accomplishment reports of the electrical contractor.
  4. Evaluates additive/deductive change order of the contractor.
  5. Check RFI (Request for Inspection) prior to concrete pouring.
  6. Coordinate with electrical works if there are changes of plans as per actual lay-out.
  7. Reconciled and evaluates Progress Billing as per actual accomplishment of
  the contractor.
